The Las Vegas home features a fully loaded arcade game room with MS. PAC-MAN, pool table, foosball, dart board, and arcade basketball. The Winchester home adds a 100-year-old vintage piano, air hockey, and a covered patio with its own TV and lounge seating.

Both properties have EV chargers on-site at no extra charge, in-unit washers and dryers with detergent provided, and walk-in wardrobes with full clothes storage.

Yes. Both properties are pet-friendly. A pet fee of $120 per pet for the entire stay applies and must be disclosed at booking. Service animals are always permitted at no charge per ADA requirements.
Housekeeping on checkout is included in your booking. Daily housekeeping during your stay is available at an additional cost — request this in advance and we’ll arrange it.
Yes. Both properties accept stays of 28 days or more. Extended stay discounts apply — the Las Vegas home offers up to 40% off for monthly bookings. Remote workers and corporate relocation guests regularly use both properties.
Parties with outside guests are not permitted — firm policy, no exceptions. Small private celebrations with your registered guests are welcome. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise monitors are installed at both properties.
On arrival you receive a QR code linking directly to the online house manual. It covers all amenities, operating instructions, WiFi details, and local recommendations — everything in one place.
Both properties accommodate up to 3 vehicles — 2 in the driveway and 1 on-street. Standard cars and SUVs only. Trailers and RVs cannot be accommodated. An EV charger is available at both properties at no extra charge.
